Membership

The phrase “pay your dues” sometimes refers to the type of work that we do because we have not been around long enough to pawn it off on someone else.  The same phrase might also refer to what one must do to join a country club or an organization in which you may or may not choose to actively participate.  Given these connotations, it somehow seems inappropriate to use the words “pay your dues” when speaking about the synagogue.  Beth Am believes that the contribution we make to the congregation is not required dues, but a solicited investment.  We get back much more than we put in.

Affiliate Member* - $360
             * Must be a dues-paying member-in-good-standing of another Orlando-area synagogue.
